Yes. The heated pool and spa are completely private and are located in the home's backyard. Pool is heated to 85 degrees year round.
• Are there any shared areas?
No. Guests have exclusive access to the home and backyard. There are no shared guest spaces.
• Is there a game room?
Yes. The separate and dedicated game room includes a pool table, foosball, table tennis, darts and smart TV.
• Is the home suitable for families with children?
Yes. The home is family-friendly, and a Pack ’n Play/Travel Crib is available as well as a high chair. Children must always be supervised around the pool and spa.
• Are there security cameras?
There are exterior security cameras for safety and property protection. There are no cameras inside the home or facing the back yard.
• Will anyone enter the property during my stay?
Routine exterior services may occur, including pool service, landscaping, and pest control when needed. Vendors access the property from the exterior only and do not enter the home. Services are scheduled during daytime hours whenever possible.
• How is the home prepared before arrival?
The home is professionally cleaned and prepared before every guest arrival. Fresh linens, bath towels, and pool towels are ready for you when you arrive.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
