Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Delray Nightly Vacation Rentals is a luxury boutique short-term rental portfolio in the Delray Beach area of Palm Beach County, Florida. Local residents Chris and Marcee Mygatt created the company in 2023 and, with a team of dedicated, enthusiastic teammates, run the daily operations of Delray's favorite vacation rental company. They are active and passionate Airbnb Superhosts, and the people who built the portfolio one property at a time.
