Set above the garage of the main estate with its own alley entrance, the studio is completely independent from the main home, making it perfect for couples, solo travelers, and small groups visiting Delray Beach.
The open floor plan combines a king bed, twin bed, sectional lounge, dining table for four, and a kitchenette into one comfortable space. Please note the studio is designed as an open-concept layout — there is no separate bedroom. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave convection oven, coffee maker, and a starter set of essentials for simple meal prep.
A walk-in shower with lighted vanity mirror, a large walk-in closet, in-unit washer and dryer, and a private outdoor patio with BBQ grill round out the space. Beach chairs and gear are kept by the door for guest use.
Studio Palms is on the second floor and is accessed by stairs. Guests have their own private alley entrance and DO NOT share access to the main home, its pool, or its outdoor entertaining areas.
LOCATION
Three blocks from Atlantic Avenue — Delray's main strip of restaurants, boutiques, bars, and nightlife. Two blocks from Sundy Village — Delray Beach's newest shopping and dining destination. A short walk, bike ride, or FreeBee ride to the beach. The studio sits inside the FreeBee zone, the complimentary local shuttle that covers downtown Delray Beach.
ARRIVAL
Self check-in is by smart lock keypad with 24-hour availability. Free parking is on the premises — the driveway and alley entrance are designated for studio guests. Starter supplies (coffee pods, paper goods, basic toiletries, laundry essentials) are provided.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Chris and Marcee Mygatt own and run the company — full-time Delray Beach residents, active Airbnb Superhosts, and the people who built the portfolio one property at a time. Every property is fully updated before it goes live, with new kitchens, new bathrooms, and refreshed common areas, then professionally designed for a coastal South Florida look that holds up to daily use. The same attention runs through the details guests actually live with. 800-thread-count cotton linens are replaced on a regular schedule. Real cookware in the kitchen. A stocked bar, down to martini shakers and champagne glasses. Starter supplies in every kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room, so the first morning of a stay doesn't start with a grocery run.
