Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

About the Owner

Delray Nightly Vacation Rentals is a luxury boutique short-term rental portfolio in the Delray Beach area of Palm Beach County, Florida. Local residents Chris and Marcee Mygatt created the company in 2023 and, with a team of dedicated, enthusiastic teammates, run the daily operations of Delray's favorite vacation rental company. They are active and passionate Airbnb Superhosts, and the people who built the portfolio one property at a time. The standard for what goes into the portfolio is straightforward: homes worth renovating, in locations worth visiting. Every property is fully updated before it welcomes guests. New kitchens, new bathrooms, and refreshed common areas, professionally designed for an elegant, coastal South Florida vibe that holds up to daily use. The same attention runs through the details guests actually live with. 800-thread-count cotton linens replaced on a regular schedule. Real, complete cookware, right down to martini shakers and champagne flutes. Starter supplies in every kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room, so the stay doesn't begin with a grocery run. All beds feature high-quality (800 count) cotton sheets and pillowcases in white. Each bed (kings and queens) is set with 4 pillows and white blankets. All bath and hand towels are white and made of high-end cotton. We take pride in “going the mile” with our beds and linens to ensure your comfort. Pool/Beach towels (green – not white) are provided to guests. They are located in the linen closet between the dining area and the guest bathroom. Please do not use the white bath towels for outdoor use.
