For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Delray Nightly Vacation Rentals is a boutique short-term rental portfolio in the Delray Beach area of South Palm Beach County, Florida. Chris and Marcee Mygatt own and run the company — full-time Delray Beach residents, active Airbnb Superhosts, and the people who built the portfolio one property at a time. The standard for what goes into the portfolio is straightforward: homes worth renovating, in locations worth visiting. Every property is fully updated before it goes live, with new kitchens, new bathrooms, and refreshed common areas, then professionally designed for a coastal South Florida look that holds up to daily use. The same attention runs through the details guests actually live with. 800-thread-count cotton linens are replaced on a regular schedule. Real cookware in the kitchen. A stocked bar, down to martini shakers and champagne glasses. Starter supplies in every kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room, so the first morning of a stay doesn't start with a grocery run. The small things that make a home feel finished rather than furnished. Guests get a fast response when something needs attention during a stay. All bath and hand towels are white and made of high-end cotton. We take pride in “going the mile” with our beds and linens to ensure your comfort. Pool/Beach towels (green – not white) are provided to guests. They are located in the linen closet between the dining area and the guest bathroom. Please do not use the white bath towels for outdoor use.
