Accommodating up to 10 guests, this private retreat combines comfortable, thoughtfully designed interiors with a heated pool, tropical surroundings, and peaceful canal views.

The backyard is a destination of its own. Enjoy outdoor dining beneath the waterfront tiki hut, unwind by the fire pit, or head out from the private dock with one of four provided paddleboards. Indoors, a well-stocked kitchen, inviting gathering areas, and four separate bedrooms offer a comfortable balance of shared experiences and personal space.

The private dock provides direct access to the waterway, with four paddleboards available for guests who want to explore from the property. A fire pit and outdoor grill add more opportunities to enjoy the space, while ping pong, cornhole, and other games keep everyone entertained.

Our pools are professionally cleaned twice a week and prepared prior to every arrival.

Situated in the Tropic Palms neighborhood of south Delray Beach, the home offers a residential waterfront setting near the Boca Raton border.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
