Three blocks to Atlantic Avenue and a short walk or FreeBee electric shuttle ride to the beach. Built for families, couples traveling together, and groups who want privacy and the BEST LOCATION in Delray.

The home runs across two stories, with an open main floor that flows from a large sectional living area to a round dining table and a chef's kitchen — all framed by 12-foot ceilings and 10-foot panels of glass and sliding doors. Step through to a covered outdoor lounge with dining for ten, then the heated saltwater pool and spa held at 85°F year-round. A fenced yard with tropical landscaping keeps the whole outdoor area private.
