Located above an unused garage (quiet) of the main estate (with its own private alley entrance), the studio is completely independent and does not share access to the pool or outdoor entertaining areas of the main home.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious open floor plan with high-end finishes, a king bed and twin bed, a comfortable sectional lounge, and a dining table for four. The kitchenette features a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave convection oven, and essentials for simple meal prep.
A large walk-in closet, beautiful walk-in shower, in-unit washer/dryer, and private outdoor patio with BBQ grill complete this thoughtfully designed space.
All of this—just minutes from Delray’s best beaches, restaurants, and nightlife.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
