DELRAY NIGHTLY VACATION RENTALS is proud to present Hideaway Palms House — a fully renovated, single-level 3-bedroom, 3-bath home built around the kind of backyard that makes it easy to stay put. The private pool is heated to around 85°F year-round, with a sun shelf, loungers, and umbrellas around the deck. Beside it, the authentic Tiki Hut gives the group a shaded place to eat and relax, while the putting green, ping pong table, and cornhole keep everyone occupied between swims.

All 1,526 square feet are on one level, with two king bedrooms and one queen suite sleeping up to six guests. The queen suite opens toward the pool and includes its own bathroom and dedicated workspace. One king bedroom also has a private ensuite, while the second king bedroom sits near the home's third full bathroom. Every bedroom has its own 65-inch Roku Smart TV, along with blackout curtains, quality linens, and fresh towels for both the house and the pool.

The backyard is where guests tend to spend most of their time. Swim in the morning, have lunch beneath the Tiki Hut, play a few rounds on the putting green, then fire up the grill before heading out for the evening. Atlantic Avenue, downtown Delray, and the beach are just minutes away, and the home is inside the Delray Beach Freebee service zone for another easy way to get around.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Delray Nightly Vacation Rentals is a luxury boutique short-term rental portfolio in the Delray Beach area of Palm Beach County, Florida. Local residents Chris and Marcee Mygatt created the company in 2023 and, with a team of dedicated, enthusiastic teammates, run the daily operations of Delray's favorite vacation rental company. They are active and passionate Airbnb Superhosts, and the people who built the portfolio one property at a time. Pool/Beach towels (green – not white) are provided to guests. They are located in the linen closet between the dining area and the guest bathroom. Please do not use the white bath towels for outdoor use.
