Featuring a high-end chef's kitchen with gas range, Bosch dishwasher, quartz countertops and everything needed to cook a true gourmet meal! Enjoy morning coffee on your private patio, a soak in your custom Bullfrog spa, all while surrounded by tropical vines. Completely remodeled and tastefully designed, our 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath villa is professionally designed and furnished for your privacy, convenience and enjoyment.

The space
Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, it is our goal to exceed your expectations. It's our hope that you will unwind, relax and truly enjoy your stay at our luxurious villa in beautiful Delray Beach. Embracing my extensive background in hotel management and interior design, our villa is furnished with luxury and comfort in mind. We have created a "boutique hotel feel" offering much more space, privacy and amenities than a traditional hotel room.

Complimentary WiFi is included with your stay along with Cable television. There is a large 60" flat screen smart TV in the Living Room and a second flat screen smart TV in the bedroom.

The gourmet chef's kitchen features high end appliances including a gas range, Miele dishwasher and a Summit refrigerator w/ ice maker, beautiful quartz countertops, an eating island, cafe table, and a Nespresso machine for your morning brew!

The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, premium pillow top mattress, luxurious down comforter and pillows, and ultra soft Italian cotton sheets. (We can also provide down alternative pillows and comforters if that's your preference).

The En suite bathroom boasts Carrera marble floors, super soft cotton towels, and a large walk in shower for your relaxation after a long day at the beach! And for those of you that don't tend to travel light, there is plenty of storage in the large bedroom closet!

There is extra sleeping for (2) in the Living Room on the comfortable sofa sleeper.

For additional convenience, there is an Electrolux front load washer and dryer inside the villa!

The private outdoor patio is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or relax in a custom Bullfrog Spa. For your comfort and enjoyment there is an outdoor sofa, dining table with chairs, and a bbq for your grilling pleasure!

NOTE: Should you be traveling with a larger party and require additional accommodations, we have a brand new luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa with a saltwater pool and hot tub surrounded by tropical flowering plants, fruit trees and tropical vines that sleeps (4) on the same property. Should you decide to rent both villas, pool access can be opened up to everyone. Please inquire.

Additionally, you won't have to worry about losing keys since all of our properties are equipped with a smart lock. We will program a custom entry code just for you prior to your arrival.

Please note that we are CLEAN fanatics and we deep clean the entire property between each and every guest. Also, a cleaning service is available for guests staying longer than one week (please inquire).

DETAILS ABOUT DELRAY AND OUR LOCATION:

Delray Beach was rated the number one beach in Florida in Viewers Choice as well as the “Most Fun Small Town in America”, according to Rand McNally. Additionally, Atlantic Avenue was recently listed as one of America's top shopping streets by USA Today.

We are walking distance (4) blocks to Pineapple Grove, and (8 blocks) to both the Beach and Atlantic Avenue. However, if you'd rather ride and not have to park a car, you can request a free ride on the Delray "Freebee" which is an open air shuttle offering "free" rides all over town and/or to the beach daily. You can download the Freebee App to book rides anytime during your stay.

Delray Beach is just 20 minutes to Palm Beach International Airport and 30 Minutes to Ft. Lauderdale Airport. Centrally located between Miami and Palm Beach you'll have easy access to both by car or train. In addition, Delray is just 20 minutes to Boca Raton, 30 minutes to Ft. Lauderdale and 20 minutes to West Palm Beach.

In addition to the convenient, central location, Delray Beach is a lovely "Village by the Sea" offering a large variety of shopping, and top notch restaurants with extensive menus. The public beach boasts beautiful soft white sand, and is nicer than many private beaches. For a truly enjoyable day of relaxation at the beach, Delray offers deluxe beach cabanas for rent daily or by the hour.

We are just steps away from two French Bakeries, and a new cafe where you can enjoy authentic croissants, sandwiches, cookies, delicious coffee and many other tasty treats.

Pineapple Grove, just (4) blocks away has may wonderful restaurants and cafe's, coffee shops, a fresh food market, fitness center, Pilates, yoga, beauty salons and spas.

The Delray Tennis Center is also just a short distance away and has some of the top instructors in Florida. Additionally they host tournaments such as the Delray Beach Classic and the Chris Evert Raymond James Pro-Celebrity Classic, and the Pickleball World Championships.

Should you wish to do some reading while you're here, the new Delray Beach Library has a friendly staff and a large offering of books/videos etc. They periodically host guest speakers who explore topics ranging from current to historical events.

We are located on NE 9th Street, just off 2nd avenue which has a brand new walking/bike path which takes you right into the heart of downtown Delray!

Upon your arrival please park on the parking pad at the front of the house (the driveway is reserved for our other villa). The brick walkway leads right to the front door - I will send you a custom entry code prior to check in so you can easily let yourself in upon arrival.

Also, to keep the property looking it's best, please note that bi-weekly cleaning service is required for guests staying longer than two weeks (please inquire).

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
